How to Do Perfect Sublimation Printing? & How to Avoid Humidity in Printing?

Hello, good afternoon, my dear friends. Today is nice day in Nanjing, now I want to talk about how to do perfect sublimation printing. During sublimation transfer printing, we should care for many problems, then we can get a beatiful patten. Please read my this article, I will share you some tip during printing process.

In addition to being mindful of moisture in pressing, you should also focus on your work environment. High humidity levels usually contribute to moisture issues. A dehumidifier can help control these issues, but reducing it too much can have negative effects on the inks and your equipment.

It’s wise to invest in a hygrometer and take some readings. The ideal operating conditions for sublimation are 59°F – 77°F or 15°C to 25°C with above 35% relative humidity (no condensation).
  • Keeping Your Heat Press Clean
It is important to protect the rubber pad that is attached to the lower section of the heat press. The same is true for the rubber pad found in a mug press. Covering the pad with a protective sheet of paper, a paper towel or a Teflon sheet will prevent sublimation ink from being absorbed into it.

If You Use Paper: Choose an inexpensive white bond paper or a roll of white paper (cut as needed), and discard after each pressing. Unprinted newsprint paper is also a good choice.

If You Use a Paper Towel: Choose an inexpensive, white, non-textured brand (the texture will leave a pattern on the substrate), and discard after each pressing
If You Use a Brown Teflon Sheet: Clean it with alcohol after each pressing
  • Preventing Ghosting
Sublimation requires a tight connection between the transfer page and the blank product when under heat. For the best results, as the inks gas and dye the product, you must ensure that the sublimation paper doesn’t shift. If the transfer page moves during the sublimation process, this could result in a blurry image or ghosting, which resembles a shadow effect.
To prevent this, always fix the transfer paper to the product itself using heat-resistant tape or repositionable (temporary) spray adhesives.
  • Hard Substrates
When decorating hard substrates, use heat-resistant tape to attach the transfer page to the product. Do not tape across the image area, as this can often damage the image quality. Press the product normally, and then remove the transfer carefully. Heat tape can be purchased from your distributor.
  • Soft Substrates
One of the most common difficulties in working with soft substrates is having dust, lint and other fibers from the air imprint into the fabric when pressing. This will leave little blue marks on the fabric, which can detract from the quality of your print.
The best way to reduce this to use a sticky lint roller before each press. A simple tape-based roller that you buy at the local grocery store will lift most of the particles that you can see, and many others that are invisible to the naked eye. It’s a good idea to get into the habit of lint rolling fabrics before placing the transfer paper.
To use spray adhesive, spray a light mist on the image side of the transfer paper from about 12”/30cm away. Do not spray the product. Then, simply press the transfer paper to the product. If you position it incorrectly, you can lift it off and reposition it.It is difficult to tape to soft substrates, like t-shirts and mousepads. Instead, you can use a repositionable adhesive spray to tack the transfer paper to the product.

Press the product normally and remove the transfer. Ask your dealer about suitable adhesive sprays.

Okay, have you known that how to do in sublimation printing? Hope you get it from above tips. If you have any other needs or questions welcome to contact us at any time. We will provide you the best quality product and service. Hope my article can be useful to you. Thank you for your reading.

Do You Know When to Use Sublimation Transfer Printing - and When Not To?

Hi~ Good afternoon, my dear friends! Today is cloudy in Nanjing and feel very cool. Now come into today's topic. Sublimation transfer printing is wide used in our daily life. But this technology is not suitable for anything, you should clear know when to use it – and when not to. Now read and follow my this article, I will tell you more.

Designs that work well with Sublimation printing
The method works particularly well on quirky, dramatic and almost ridiculous designs- a massive trend over that last couple of years, seen in both high and low end stores.

Now this T-shirt probably fits under quirky, dramatic AND ridiculous, and sublimation printing has allowed for the full effect to take place. The T-shirt is completely covered by design and uses a vibrant range of colours.
The repeated design below also works well, again because of the full coverage aspect of the design, the pattern of the print is carried on all around the T-shirt, just using the ends of the garment as natural finishing points.

Another type of design that works particularly well with sublimation printing, is photography prints. The method allows you to fill the whole surface with the photograph, instead of just placing it on the front of the garment in a rectangular fashion.

Sublimation also works well when your garment requires a number of different logos or designs. With traditional printing, you may be charged for each separate logo application – whereas, with sublimation, a large number can all be incorporated and printed in one go.

Designs that don’t work with Sublimation Printing

Designs with block colours or designs that require excruciatingly exact placement may not work as well with sublimation printing. With designs that involve slogans, DTG (direct to garment) printing can work better. DTG printing is essentially like using a normal printer, but just for T-shirts. So the garment is ran through a special flatbed printer and the designs are applied.

If you only need one logo in the centre of your garment, sublimation may not be the ideal way to go, purely because it’s generally more expensive to ‘print all over,’ than it is to apply one logo front and centre.

It’s important to note that, when using Sublimation printing, the finish is smooth and a part of the fabric. If you’re picturing a shiny vinyl finish (like a RUN DMC T-shirt) you should choose screen printing or something similar.

One of the keys to using sublimation printing effectively is knowing the methods limitations and picking a design wisely. Please know more knowledge about sublimation printing you can visit www.feiyuepaper.com. And know the pros and cons of sublimation printing you can visit last article. We can help you to be able to decide if the design you have in mind would work with sublimation printing, or if you are better off choosing DTG or screen printing.

Whis is Sublimation Printing? Do you Know the The Advantages and Disadvantages of it?

Hello, good afternoon, my dear friend! What is "Sub-li-what-now?!"? Today's topic is about sublimation transfer printing. If you’ve ever wondered what this strange-looking word  actually means – then wonder no more. it’s a high-tech printing process for apparel. Today we’re going to pick it apart – we’ll cover what it is, how it works, discuss the pros and cons. please read this article follow me!

What is sublimation?

Let’s start with the broad strokes. What exactly is sublimation?
In simple terms, it’s a method of printing that transfers a design into a material or fabric using ink and heat.

In the world of apparel, it’s a game changer in that it allows whole garment prints – designs that go seam-to-seam.

The Sublimation Printing Process
So how does it work? Well, sublimation printing uses heat to essentially bring sublimation transfer ink and fabric together as one.
First, a design is printed onto special paper. The inks that are used turn into gas when brought under heat, then combine with the fabric and permanently print onto the fabric. The effects are permanent and less prone to fading, as the sublimation ink is embedded in the fabric or substrate rather than simply laying on top like a normal print.

The process is almost like a tattoo, but instead of for your skin, it’s for your chosen product. The heat opens up the pores of the fabric, then with the applied pressure the dye sublimation ink cools and returns to a solid form.
The result is a permanent, full colour image that won’t crack, peel or wash away from the substrate, the process allows the ink to go from a solid to a gas without turning to liquid, a bit like dry ice, the conversion is initiated by the heat and controlled by pressure.

This quick and effective digital print method is growing in popularity for smaller batch orders and those designs that rely on the details. The process is also known as ‘all over printing’ as it allows you to choose a design that can literally go from seam to seam.

The advantages and disadvantages of sublimation printing
The Advantages
The most exciting upside when it comes to this method is purely the freedom you have with your designs, which is not always offered by other methods.

On one side of the spectrum you can go as crazy as you like. Why not print a whole T-shirt that looks like a burger? Or a cat flying across (a beautifully printed) galaxy background?

Equally, you might want to keep it classy with a photo of a famous skyline or landscape. The possibilities are almost endless, which will keep you coming back for more.

The longevity of the design is a plus point, with a design that won’t crack, peel or fade. Even after going through the washing machine countless times, your garment will never be demoted to the back of your wardrobe!
Sublimation printing is suitable for small batch orders, seam-to-seam designs and garments with a large number of design variations and applications.

The Disadvantages
The Cons lay mostly with the choice of materials. Sublimation printing is only suitable for garments that include polyester (100% polyester or polyester blend). Although sublimation is possible on other materials such as cotton, the image will not be permanent as it is on ‘man made’ fabric and it isn’t recommended.
If you wanted to go for the vintage/distressed look, which is all the rage right now, choosing a fabric with a lower percentage of polyester in it would give you that finish.

Another potential problem to watch out for is white creasing. Sublimation works by printing a design into white fabric, and if there are areas of the garment that are unreached by the design, they’ll stay white. This can be caused by accidental folding or small amounts of moisture that accumulate on the transfer paper.

Okay, this all I tell you about the sublimation printing, if you want know more, please contact us online at any time.

What do You Need When Start a Sublimation Transfer Printing Business?

Hi, good afternoon, my dear friends! Today is very hot in Nanjing. Have you remember last article? That is about sublimation printing & heat press. And today, I want to share the article to some new man who want to start sublimation transfer printing business. If you want to start sublimation printing, do you know what do you need? Read the following and I will share you carefully.

Sublimation inkjet printers
Sublimation compatible printer You must have a dedicated sublimation printer that is compatible with the available cartridges. Currently, these include MIMAKI, ORIC, Ricoh & Epson printers and a wide variety of large format printers.

Sublimation inks
Sublimation inks aren't quite the same as standard inkjet ink - they are available in the usual cartridge form, or in some cases, bulk ink liters. Sublimation ink must be heat activated for the colors to fully brighten and transfer into the item due to the chemical make-up of the ink. Because it is different from standard inkjet ink, however, you must use a specialized printer driver, software, or color profile embedded within the document for correct output. This is something that only the manufacturer of the ink can develop and provide for you, which is why it is important to buy dye-sublimation ink from a quality supplier.

Sublimation paper
Sublimation paper is necessary for the ink to transfer onto the substrates; it is designed to release as much as the printed image as possible from the sheet. We offer an all-purpose sublimation paper, a paper created specifically for use with sublimation inkjet printers and rolls of wide-format sublimation paper.

Sublimation heat transfer machine
Heat press or silicone press wraps Since sublimation requires such a high level of temperature and pressure, you must use either a heat press to press the item or a silicone wrap within a conventional oven to press the item. A commercial heat press will be the most efficient way of sublimating most of our items, but some items with a unique shape such as the pet bowls and shot glasses must be sublimated using a wrap in a conventional oven.

Color correction software
Color correction software or color profile Since sublimation ink is not the same as the intended inkjet ink for the printers it often runs through some form of correction for the color differences that are needed. Users must install and use an ICC color profile that is used with a design program that is able to manage color settings, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDraw.

Sublimation blanks
Sublimation blanks are items that are specifically coated to receive the inks. You can also transfer onto white polyester fabric or fabric-topped items. You cannot sublimate onto cotton or dark fabrics -- colored garments can be sublimated onto, but bear in mind that since the ink is slightly transparent, your transfer/image will take on the shade of the shirt color below it, and may result in a poor result. There are sprays on the market designed for home users to coat their own items to be sublimated upon, but in our testings, we have not found the results to be consistent in coverage or durability.

Okay, These all above are my share about what you need when start sublimating printing business. If you have any other needs or questions welcome to contact us at any time. We will provide you the best quality product and service. Hope my article can be useful to you. Thank you for your reading.

Sublimation Transfer Printing VS Heat Press, Know the subtle difference of them

Hi~ nice to see you again, dear friends. Today is cloudy in Nanjing, but also feel very hot! Have you remmenber the topic of last week? It is about the relationship between sublimation transfer printing and digital inkjet printing. Then today I want to talk about what is difference between sublimation transfer printing and heat press. There are many people can't understand clearly of them. Please read this artical, I will share you the subtle difference of them.

What is Sublimation transfer Printing?
Sublimation transfer Printing

Initially invented for the plastic items printing like the sheets, awards, etc., the sublimation printing technology has been used for a long time now. In this digital printing method, bonding is made on the material on a molecular level.
In the sublimation transfer printing, dye sublimation ink and a sublimation paper are used to do the printing work. Microfiber, polyester, etc. like materials are best printed using the dye sublimation technology.

What is Heat Press?
In the heat press printing, pigment ink and a transfer paper are used to do the printing job. Including the cotton and polyester, you can use any kind of material to apply the heat transfer technology. It is a similar kind of method of a screen printing or a DTG (Direct to Garment) printing.

Differences of sublimation printing VS heat press
Prints made by the sublimation technique, have permanent and realistic images which are having soft feelings on hands. When you use the heat transfer technique, heat is transformed through the light based paper and sticks on the fabric.
The sublimation method uses the sublimation ink, while the heat transfer method uses pigment ink, dye ink, solvent ink, etc.

Though the heat transfer technology can be applied to all types of materials, mostly it works perfectly for the 100% cotton fabric. While the sublimation technology is widely used for polyester, banner, and hard surface like a mug, aluminum pot, etc. kinds of materials.

The sublimation printing uses less pressure and temperature than the heat transfer method & prints in less than 1 minute of time.
The objects with sublimation printing have permanent, high-resolution printings which do not peel, while the prints through the heat transfer process are having some different appearance than the surrounding fabric.

The sublimation printing machine has easy setup process and also has a low cost of maintenance.
A dye sublimation printer has a longer lifespan than the heat transfer printing machines

The last:
Both the technologies are useful, beneficial, affordable, and the printing can be done with simple-to-follow steps. So, the choice is yours. But I suggest getting the heat transfer printer if you are only sticking with the garment printing business. If you are going to work on other things like ceramic printing, plastic printing, tiles printing, etc. then go for the sublimation inkjet printer.

Okay, these all above are my share about the difference of sublimation printing and heat press.I believe that you can differ from them after read this artical. If you have any other needs or questions welcome to contact us at any time. We will provide you the best quality product and service. Hope my article can be useful to you. Thank you for your reading.

Can We Print Plastics Using Dye Sublimation Printing?

As, we know, dye sublimation technology with wide application. Pretty much anything that has the correct chemical composition – i.e. is made from polymers (is polymeric in its chemical structure), it can be printed. Or, if not, if your substrate, whether it be leather, wood, glass, or non-polymeric plastic, will retain a clear or white base coat spray throughout the sublimation printing process. So the question can be solve--- you can print plastic with dye sub printing.

But, with a big caveat.
The dye sub print process uses heat. Lots of heat. About 400º F of heat, give or take a few degrees. Heat and plastic can be a bad combination, as plastic has a tendency to melt at that temperature.

So, there are some plastics that can be printed, but they need to be reinforced with fiberglass. As of this writing, I am unaware of any formed plastics that can be printed. Just flat FR reinforced plastics. They can be cut to shape, of course.
There are also some questions about dye sublimation printing, are you interesting?

What Can Be Printed through Dye Sublimation?

1. Any substrate or surface treated with polymer-based spray.
As stated in the first paragraph of this article, any product that has a polymeric base should be printable using dye sublimation. This would exclude nylon, cotton, wool, leather, wood, etc. As also stated in the 2nd paragraph, these polymeric items must also withstand high heat, which will exclude a lot of plastics with the exception of reinforced plastics, such as fiberglass reinforced plastics.

The last exclusion would be anything of dark coloration, such as pre-colored fabrics or other viable polymeric substrates. Bright or “true” white substrates work best for sublimation printing. Light colors are not forbidden, but you will lose 15-25% of your color gamut, depending on the color (light tans or grays or the like).

Having said that, I also alluded to the fact that there are white and/or clear polymer base coat products that can be sprayed or printed onto various substrates such as wood, leather, glass, and much more that will allow you to transfer a dye sublimated print to one or more of these items. Items that are now being dye sublimated after being treated with polymer base coatings include snowboards, skate boards , skis, mugs, mouse pads, glass, leather, wood products, metal, badges, awards using some of the above materials, signs, photographic plaques, and more.

2. Printable Fabrics suitable for dye sublimation printing.
Outdoor Banners with stands There are also many printable fabrics that can be printed using dye sublimation printing, but they don’t require the base coat spray as they’re already polymer-based, can withstand high heat, and are normally white in color.

3. Microfiber style fabrics.
Sublimation printing is also used for microfiber style fabrics that can wick moisture away from the body, and the printing will not inhibit moisture wicking like all other printing will do on athletic or exercise clothing products.

Dye Sublimated Display as an Advertising Tool
As stated above, the promotional products industry has embraced the high quality photographic processes that dye sublimation affords.

Also, because of the photographic continuous tone printing that dye sublimation can create on polymer based fabrics, the graphics industry is turning more and more to dye sublimation for trade show graphics, retail banners and posters and other marketing related items because of the beautiful prints created using dye sub printing.

Okay, if you want know more about sublimation transfer printing, please welcome to www.feiyuepaper.com contact us at any time. Our characteristic is “one-stop sublimation printing solution”, as far as possible to make customers more convenient and save worry.

Let's know The Three Tricks for Your Sublimation Printing Business!

Hi~ Good afternoon, my dear friends! Today I want to tell you some tricks for your sublimation printing business. Sublimation is a process that is enjoying immense popularity among end users, whether at retail or among wholesale clients. However, for decorators looking to make a foray into offering the process, there are some variables that can make the difference between success and failure.

Remember the following three tips about this in-demand decoration process:

1. Know your substrate.
Dye sublimation printing, must be applied to polyester-based goods. The process will work on blends, but remember that if the garment is a 50/50 blend, then 50% of the ink will not saturate 50% of that garment. This results in a lot less color.
Also, some polyester garments are not made specifically for sublimation. Choosing a supplier that offers sublimation-certified products is necessary for the best printing outcome. This means the goods aren’t finished at a high temperature and when you expose them to heat, the shirt’s dyes will react with those in the ink — ultimately affecting the final output.

2. Know your equipment.
Investing in sublimation printing has an upfront equipment cost. Sublimation inks, paper, printer and heat press are the four main components. Some companies focus on supplying those key things for startup businesses. Inks, paper, and the printer all need to be in a temperature-controlled environment. There are many heat press types and sizes. Know your target market so you can work with someone to select the best equipment.

3. Know the pressing variables.
Tattoos don’t wash off. Have good quality-control standards in place to avoid mistakes because they can get costly. Time, temperature, and pressure are the three main heat-pressing variables.

Keep in mind that you are placing a garment under direct high heat and using pressure. There is a fine line of adjusting the three variables to avoid blow through — where the ink blows through to the opposite side of the garment — and shiny squares — where there is too much time, temperature or heat, resulting in a shiny square around the design. Back down on the variables. Try 375˚F degrees at 32 seconds as a rule of thumb as a starting point for pressing.

Okay, these all above are my share about the tips of sublimation transfer printing. If you have any other needs or questions welcome to contact us at any time. We will provide you the best quality product and service. Hope my article can be useful to you. Thank you for your reading.

Notice! Three Factors Pushing Dye Sublimation Printing Market

Hi~ Nice to see you again, my dear friends. Today's topic is about the factors of pushing dye sublimation printing market. The increase in dye sublimation printing is part of the broader rise of digital inkjet systems in the textile trade. In its new report, Fei Yue Paper tracks the increased use of this technology across key end-use segments – signage, technical, household, and garments. The data shows strong year-on-year growth in the amount of material printed – 18.4% – across the next five years.

As the dye sublimation market booms it will create numerous opportunities for ink and textile suppliers, press builders, and partners across the value chain. There are three factors pushing dye sublimation printing market!

Garments – The dominant end-use
Using sublimation of dyes is a different process to printing with inks on either other digital or analogue presses. The process sublimates the dye at temperature into a gas that penetrates and permanently bonds inside the fibres of the textile. This gives a high-resolution, permanent coloration that will not peel or crack. For this reason haute couture, and the top end of high street fashion were among the first to exploit this technology.

Greater use of the technology will be aided by the fashion industry itself transforming with the arrival of internet shopping and fast-fashion.
Retailers and brands are increasingly running a greater number of collections in each calendar year; this is made much easier with digital textile printing as it allows quicker turnaround and response to orders, allowing a shift to repeated short runs that minimise stock holdings, and unsold leftovers. Dye sublimation and similar digital platforms allow the supply chain to be shortened and made more flexible, with some manufacturing moving close to the retailers.

New machines – Productivity demands
The increase demand for dye sublimation print is driving the development of larger presses, these will help transform the value proposition of dye sublimation prints from samples and short runs to let it challenge analogue processes, like screen and gravure, in longer bulk production runs of multiple thousands of linear metres. This is stimulating the building of a new generation of industrial high-end machines capable of single-pass printing.
For visual communications, the number of requested applications of dye sublimation products is growing, but the technology is not today developing fast enough to accommodate all client requirements.

Sublimation inks – a threat
Despite the overall positive outlook for dye sublimation, as a process it is limited to use with synthetic or synthetic-coated materials – overwhelmingly polyester – by the need to bind the dyes into the internal fibres.
In the future dye sublimation systems may face competition from pigment inks if their suppliers can resolve quality, reliability and other issues. Pigments have greater substrate flexibility, significantly this includes natural substrates, like cotton.
This combined with their simplicity of processing and the tactility of the printed textile will enable pigment inks to grow, if the print process can become reliable enough at production scale.

Okay, these all above are my share about the factors of pushing sublimation transfer printing market. If you have any other needs or questions welcome to contact us at any time. We will provide you the best quality product and service. Hope my article can be useful to you. Thank you for your reading.

Do You Know How to Store Your Sublimation Transfer Paper That Has Been Printed ?----Come on And Have A Look!

Hi, Thank you for your click with my blog. Same as before I will share you the new knowledge about the sublimation printing technology. When talks about the sublimation printing, most of you must think about the following words:sublimation transfer paper, sublimation ink and the sublimation printer. Most of sellers may say your patterns printed by the high quality sublimation printing material may be stored for a very long time, such as 80 years. But do you know how to store it in a right way ? So today I will show you about the ways that store the sublimation papers that have been printed.Hope it can be useful to you!

Most people must know the patterns printed by the sublimation paper and sublimation ink can be stored for a long time. But no matter how long you want it to save you must store it in a right way.So there are must have many things we should pay attention about how to storage sublimation transfer paper that has been printed.
  A) Printed transfer paper, try to do rolling storage.
  B) Printed transfer paper, you can put a loose plastic bag roll up after the vertical, plastic bag opening in order to transfer paper in the water to the air volatile.

  C) Printed transfer paper is best stored in a low humidity environment (humidity ≤ 55% RH; temperature 15-30 ℃), which is conducive to transfer paper moisture evaporation.
   D) Printed transfer paper, generally require an hour after the transfer, try to store 5 hours after the transfer, until it can dry to transfer, if not dry to go to transfer, the paper Moisture at high temperatures will become a steam interference transfer effect, making a gas mist, color and so on. To ensure that each batch of pattern drying close to the same color. (If the transfer is done immediately after printing, the transfer rate will decrease.)

These all above is my share about how to store the sublimation transfer paper that has been transferred. If you have the paper has been transferred you can have a try about this idea and I think it will be useful to you.We are a professional sublimation printing material manufacturer in China and we have 10 years experience in this industry. So if you have any needs or questions welcome to contact us at any time , we will provide you with the best quality product and the service.Thank you for your reading.

Do You Know The Difference Between The Traditional Sublimation Transfer And The Digital Sublimation Transfer ?----Come on and Know More

Hi, Glad to see you again. From my first article, I have introduced you about the sublimation printing materials and the sublimation printing technology. But how much do you really know about the sublimation transfer and do you know the difference between the tradition sublimation transfer and the digital sublimation transfer? So whatever if you have read about my article before, whatever if you heard about the sublimation transfer before. You can also come and read about this article and I will have a detailed introduction about the sublimation transfer and the difference between the traditional and the digital sublimation technology.

  Firstly,What is sublimation transfer?
In fact, we understand the sublimation transfer is a transfer technology, but also a product, is the sublimation transfer paper from the thermal transfer machine equipment to heat transfer printing out the required patterns and images of a technical form.
Sublimation transfer technology was originally applied in the textile industry of textile printing and dyeing industry. Later, with the development of the times the progress of the field of scientific and technological applications gradually increased, especially the emergence of digital technology and the emergence of personalized consumer ideas so that the application of sublimation transfer technology more popular and extensive application of products after another, covering almost all areas of materials. Such as: in order to produce and produce exquisite products. And the introduction of metal wood stone ceramic glass PVC leather chemical fiber fabric can be applied to thermal transfer technology to transfer exquisite patterns and images.
Code sublimation transfer is based on the traditional sublimation of sublimation transfer based on the combination of digital printing technology to print the form of printed graphics image of a new technology. Its advantages and features is the digital printing technology to print color patterns and images without plate making, saving plate-making process and cost, is very suitable for personalized product production printed out.

Then ,talking about the difference between the sublimation transfer and digital sublimation transfer .
Traditional sublimation transfer printing methods require printing, digital sublimation transfer machine in the printing method can also be achieved without printing. The traditional sublimation transfer printing color quality is not easy to print digital, but digital sublimation transfer as long as the quality of ink can be a good solution to the problem of color reproduction, the original traditional sublimation transfer applications relatively single, digital sublimation transfer applications relative. The original sublimation transfer applications are very extensive. Digital sublimation transfer market can be positioned as a personalized market. However, the traditional sublimation transfer market positioning is in the popular market, the traditional sublimation transfer capacity, suitable for the production of large quantities of popular product, the market price is low. Digital sublimation transfer capacity is small, suitable for the production of small quantities of personalized products.

The all above is my opinion about the sublimation transfer. Hope it can be useful to you and hope this article has attracted your interest in the sublimation industry.Of course, if you have any needs or questions welcome to contact us at any time.Thank
you for your reading.

Improve The Accuracy of Your Sublimation Printer-----More People Will Be Attracted By You

Hi, Glad you are will to click my blog.We all know to improve the accuracy of the color of the sublimation printer can produce a brilliant picture to attract the attention of the eye. So when you buy a photo machine to consider the accuracy, speed and performance is relatively stable photo machine, especially in the pictorial printing of the color of the higher accuracy as possible. So today I will show you how to improve the accuracy of the sublimation printer .
Firstly, The most important parts of the printing process are the sublimation transfer ink and the sublimation transfer paper , of course the high quality sublimation printer is also necessary.High-quality printing materials coupled with high-quality printing equipment, and high-tech technology, you can easily spray the customer satisfaction of the color effect. So the choice of materials on the user is best to use the original ink is more appropriate, and in the course of the use of ink is not easy to replace, because the use of good ink when the degree of color reduction is relatively high. If the use of poor quality ink is not only the effect of the poor and easy to plug the pictorial print head , resulting in damage to the sublimation printer is worth the candle.

Then the high quality sublimation transfer paper. The paper is the material for loading the patterns printed by the sublimation printer. So have a high transfer rate is really very import , a high transfer rate can help you transfer your patterns to the fabric with vivid color. Also your paper should be smooth and flat enough ,if your paper is wave the patterns printed by the sublimation printer will be ghosting.

These all above is my shallow cognition about how to improve the accuracy of the sublimation printing. If you have and question or needs welcome to contact us at any time.We are a professional sublimation printing material manufacturer in China and we can try our best to provide you the best product and service.Thank you for your reading.

Do You Know What Should We Pay Attention to When We Doing A Sublimation Transfer Process?

Hi,Thank you for your click with my blog. From my last articles you can see that I have introduced you a lot of the sublimation materials, such as the sublimation ink, sublimation paper , sublimation printer and the roll to roll heat press machine. Also I shared you about how to distinguish these products and how to use it in a right way. And now you must have known that all these materials just used for the sublimation transfer process. But do you know what we should pay attention to when we use all the sublimation materials for the sublimation process at the same time. Okay, just continue your reading and today I will share you all the attentions.

1.What is dye-sublimation transfer ? Sublimation transfer is the portrait, landscape, text and other graphic using inkjet printer equipped with thermal transfer ink in reverse image printing method in the sublimation transfer paper, and then through the thermal transfer equipment heated to 200 ℃ , The dye-sublimation ink on the termal transfer ink will be in the form of gas into the substrate, so that the image on the paper vivid color transfer to textiles, porcelain cups, porcelain, porcelain, metal and other materials of a new process.
2.Use a dedicated dye-sublimation transfer ink.Be sure to use dye-sublimation transfer ink, the use of disperse dyes made of ink at the transfer temperature will produce sublimation and dyeing with the substrate. Good quality sublimation ink should not block the nozzle, color fidelity, good stability.
3.Adjust proper color concentration.Adjust the color concentration in the computer to avoid too much ink is not easy to dry situation, adjust the need to check the effect of the thermal transfer.

4.Adjust the proper thermal transfer temperature and time.Thermal transfer temperature range of about 180-230 ℃, time of about 10-30 seconds, in the official batch transfer should be done before the small test to determine the best process parameters.
5.When Thermal transfer the hot surface must be close. In the heat transfer when the hot surface, transfer paper, substrates must be close to the surface, can not have gaps, or there will be transfer of graphic blur.
These all above is the attention that you should notice when you doing a sublimation process. Finally, I will also have a brief introduction about the advantages of the sublimation.Sublimation transfer printing colorful, rich, and its effect can be comparable with the printing, dye-sublimation transfer is at high temperatures so that thermal sublimation ink sublimation into the object, condensate, after the formation of bright colors of the image. Therefore, thermal transfer products durable, the image will not fall off, cracking and fading.

If you have any needs or question with the sublimation materials welcome to contact us at any time.Thank you for your reading.
