  1.What is dye-sublimation transfer ? Sublimation transfer is the portrait, landscape, text and other graphic using inkjet printer equipped with thermal transfer ink in reverse image printing method in the sublimation transfer paper, and then through the thermal transfer equipment heated to 200 ℃ , The dye-sublimation ink on the termal transfer ink will be in the form of gas into the substrate, so that the image on the paper vivid color transfer to textiles, porcelain cups, porcelain, porcelain, metal and other materials of a new process.

  4.Adjust the proper thermal transfer temperature and time.Thermal transfer temperature range of about 180-230 ℃, time of about 10-30 seconds, in the official batch transfer should be done before the small test to determine the best process parameters.
  5.When Thermal transfer the hot surface must be close.In the heat transfer when the hot surface, transfer paper, substrates must be close to the surface, can not have gaps, or there will be transfer of graphic blur.
