Instructions on Transferring Images onto Ceramic Tiles

I have mentioned before that sublimation tech is now widely used, and I have introduced its application in textiles, wood and metal panels, and today I am going to introduce the process of transferring images onto ceramic tiles.
We 'll be using Epson SureColor F6200  sublimation printer with Epson UltraChrome DS inks, and a computer installed with Wasatch Soft-RIP program.
Materials includsublimation paper, ceramic tiles and protective liner paper.
At the computer, we'll start by opening the Wasatch Soft-RIP program.Once opened,we'll select the printer in the appropriate imaging configuration. Then we open the image we want to print. After reviewing the printing image, we'll send the job to printer.
The Epson SureColor F6200 features the high resolution PrecisionCore™ TFP® print head perfectly designed for long lasting performance with dye sublimation inks which are safe for products intended for close contact by adults, children and even new-borns.
At the heat press machine,we put down a sheet of liner paper to prevent any sublimation ink from soiling the silicon pad.Next,we'll put the ceramic tile on the top of the liner paper.Lastly,we place the printed transfer paper on top of ceramic tile with the image side down. The paper is larger than the ceramic tile so the ceramic tile  will be completely covered by the design.
When ready, begin the heat transfer process. For the heat transfer to ceramic tile,we'll be pressing it 180 centi degrees  for 120 seconds.
NOTICE:Be careful as the paper and ceramic tile are very hot .Put on a glove and carefully peel off the transfer paper from the ceramic tile to reveal a brilliant full color print.

The following video can show you the process of transferring images onto ceramic tiles more intuitively.
