How to Make Custom Printed Pillowcases with Epson SureColor F6200/6280?

Starting with the design being printed on transfer paper and finishing with the image being heat transferred to fabric, result is the vibrant, long lasting customized pillowcase. 

From common bedding apparels to decorated home articles, custom printed pillowcases open up new creative ways to personalize your home .
Today we 'll be using Epson SureColor F6200 dye sublimation printer with Epson UltraChrome DS inks. 

Materials include sublimation paper,pillowcases and protective liner paper.
At the computer, we'll start by opening the Wasatch Soft-RIP program.Once opened,we'll select the printer in the appropriate imaging configuration.For pillowcases,we'll choose the 720 DS_Transfer_Adhesive_Textile_2 pass mode.Then we open the image we want to print.After reviewing the printing image, we'll send the job to printer.

The Epson SureColor F6200 features the high resolution PrecisionCore™ TFP® print head perfectly designed for long lasting performance with dye sublimation inks which are safe for products intended for close contact by adults,children and even new-borns. 

At the heat press machine,we put down a sheet of liner paper to prevent any sublimation ink from soiling the silicon pad.Next,we'll put the white pillowcase on the top of the liner paper and smooth the wrinkles.Lastly,we place the printed transfer paper on top of pillowcase with the image side down.The paper is larger than the pillowcase so the pillowcase  will be completely covered by the design.
When ready,begin the heat transfer process.For the heat transfer to pillowcase,we'll be pressing it 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 seconds.
Be careful as the paper and pillowcase are very hot .Carefully peel off the transfer paper from the pillowcase to reveal a brilliant full color print.
