How to Transfer Prints onto Metal Panel with Epson SureColor F6200?

Sublimation can also be applied to metal panels.Just few steps to get your own design and fashionable decoration.

Today we 'll be using Epson SureColor F6200  sublimation printer with Epson UltraChrome DS inks, and a computer installed with Wasatch Soft-RIP program.
Materials include sublimation paper, metal panel and protective liner paper.
At the computer, we'll start by opening the Wasatch Soft-RIP program.Once opened,we'll select the printer in the appropriate imaging configuration. Then we open the image we want to print. After reviewing the printing image, we'll send the job to printer.
The Epson SureColor F6200 features the high resolution PrecisionCore™ TFP® print head perfectly designed for long lasting performance with dye sublimation inks which are safe for products intended for close contact by adults, children and even new-borns.
1.At the heat press machine,we put down a sheet of liner paper to prevent any sublimation ink from soiling the silicon pad.
2.Next,we'll put the metal panel on the top of the liner paper .
3.Lastly,we place the printed transfer paper on top of metal panel with the image side down. The paper is larger than the metal panel so the metal panel  will be completely covered by the design.
4.When ready, begin the heat transfer process.
NOTICE:
Be careful as the paper and metal panel are very hot .Carefully peel off the transfer paper from the metal panel to reveal a brilliant full color print.

Following is a video showing the heat transfer process of metal panels.
